This form allows you to submit your withdrawal request. You have a period of 14 days from the date of reception of your order to send this form. Please complete this form with care to facilitate the processing of data.

Submission form: You can fill out the online form and we will inform you by email as soon as we have received it. Once your request is processed we will contact you via email or phone to provide your "DMA” number and we will give you the instructions to follow to proceed with the return of the order.

Returns: You have a maximum of 14 days after sending your request for withdrawal to send the products you wish to return. The products must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging (pallet and shrink wrap included). The transportation costs derived from the delivery and return will be at the customer's expense.

Refund:The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the reception of the products in their original condition.
